This is exactly the kind of stuff we mean when we talk about the diversity of work we are able to turn produce in our studio and how we can draw on the pool of talent and skill sets that our team can offer. The Acclaimed Software Company who design and install custom operating systems, firmware and software for PC platforms. They have a new development called 'Jethro', a land management system aimed at farmers and landworkers and while they are maestros when it comes to composing the one's and zero's, they asked us to help with the composition of their GUI (Graphical User Interface). They gave us a list of over 30 button names like 'select boundry', 'field line angles' and 'configure implement' to create and specific parameters they should adhere to, the icons need to be quite different from each other as the interface alters depending on the context of the task currently being performed and all visible at 135x135 pixels! We also designed all of the start up and wizard screen graphics to complete the feel.
