On the whole we are a bit of a sporting bunch here at statusdesign, triathlons, Field Hockey, Yoga, Karate, BMX Riding and frequent trips to the gym keep us alert and focused, so we use our status (pardon the pun) to sponsor and endorse a few local sports clubs, organisation and competitors. We see this as a bit of good karma – our way to give back to a community that has helped us grow during the last 15 years.

We are a major sponsor of The Grantham Tri, a yearly triathlon event with some associated smaller events throughout the year. We are delighted to host and update their website and promotional literature. (see the useful links section on our website for more details).

Closer to home we support Spalding and Bourne hockey Clubs including designing and producing their promotional literature and fixture cards each year.

Our support of Spalding Grammar school included us to supplying the rugby teams of years 6 and 7 with new kits on to which our logo is embroidered, something we are very proud of.

Talking of pride, we have a Freestyle Karate world champion right on our doorstep. Martin, our webmaster, was winner of the World Combat Open in 2003 and 2004. He is the ISKA British Champion allowing him to compete for Great Britain in the European Amateur Championships in Hungary on April 3rd. statusdesign are helping Martin with his travel and accommodation costs and we wish him all the best. (Of course, when he’s that talented a fighter, it would be foolish not to.) Break a leg, Martin – preferably not your own!
